The LifeCore Airbike gives you a full body workout by synchronizing arm and leg motion. You can rest your feet on the foot pegs, using the handlebars alone, for an upper body workout or rest your arms and use the pedals alone for a lower body workout. The fan wheel technology exponentially increases the wind resistance the harder you pedal (and work the handlebars).

The air resistance allows for a smooth pedaling and/or arm motion which creates streams of cooling air giving you a more comfortable workout.

Stationary bikes, including the LifeCORE AirBike LS-XT Fan Bike, provide an excellent low impact, cool aerobic exercise and are more compact, durable and cheaper than other home fitness equipment.

I recently learned that Lifecore Fitness had supplied the LifeCORE Airbike to the CrossFit organization to be used with their intense workout routines. The Airbike held up just fine in this demanding environment and the people at Crossfit were very impressed.

If you are not familiar with CrossFit, it is a strength and conditioning program used by police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The LifeCORE Airbike is a high quality dual action fan bike backed up by an excellent warranty and a reputable company to back it up. The 300 lb user capacity is a good indication this bike's durability and the electronic console gives you a good summary of your workout stats.
