The Schwinn 220 Recumbent Exercise Bike is the most affordable recumbent bike in the current Schwinn product line. The Schwinn 220 offers all of the latest fitness bike technology from Schwinn along with Schwinn quality and warranties.The Schwinn 220 is built well and has many of the same features as the more  expensive Schwinn 240 recumbent. 

The 12 preset programs, quiet magnetic ECB resistance (Eddy current brake) system, super quiet motor, and simple assembly are just a few of the features that makes the Schwinn 220 a good economy recumbent selection.

Recumbent Exercise Bikes, including the Schwinn 220 Recumbent provide an excellent low impact, aerobic exercise that is comparable to an Upright Exercise Bike (or an upright outdoor bike) and are more comfortable and provide better upper body support.

The Schwinn 220 is a well built economy recumbent  with Schwinn quality and warranties. The current version of this bike (2012 model) has been upgraded to include an MP3/iPod jack and speakers.

I would recommend the Schwinn 220 for light in-home use although if you can afford a little extra the Schwinn 250 is a better buy.
