Badger State Trail Photos
Northern Trailhead Madison Roundabout

This is the Badger State Trail north of Belleville Wisconsin near Whalen Road. I took this photo and the following photos on my June 2018 ride on this trail - and 5 other trails that meet at the Bike Roundabout (see below).

The trail was flat, straight and still very rural here as we headed north into Madison.

This is where the Badger Trail runs parallel to the Seminole Hwy heading north into Fitchburg and Madison.

This is the intersection of the Badger State Trail and the Capital City Trail just south of the Bike Roundabout in the Madison Fitchburg area.

Above is the Bike Roundabout in Madison where 5 different bike trails intersect. Madison and Fitchburg have a great selection of trails and many of them meet here.

Here is a close-up of the Bike Roundabout multi-trail intersection trail signs. So if you have ridden from Illinois to Madison, Wisconsin you still have plenty of other choices to extend your ride! :-)
