The McHenry County Prairie Trail Video

Note: This original bike trail video was only available on this website and in Flash format and the original video is still available below.

Now that YouTube has become so much more advanced than it used to be and a major force on the Internet, I have move this bike trail video to my new YouTube Channel, AboutBicyclesFitness.

Please visit The McHenry County Prairie Trail on YouTube for the latest version of this video in a more flexible format.

The New YouTube video has been stabilized (to reduce the original camera shake) and can be played on more devices and in different sizes (from big screen TVs to smart phones).   The YouTube version will open in a new window so you can still return here easily when you have watched the YouTube version.

The original video below is still available if you want to stay on this site and just want to check it out quickly (in Flash format) but I would recommend the YouTube version for better quality and more flexibility.
